Terms of Service

A clear explanation of how Lightwork works, what to expect, and the responsibilities we share.

Draft for review · 4 November 2026

Draft — not yet effective. This page follows Lightwork's supplied Terms copy. Payment handling, refunds, withdrawal consent and operator registration still require approval before these terms can govern real transactions.

Welcome to Lightwork. We help people find other people who can get things done. Before using our service, here's what you should know.

1. Who we are

Lightwork is operated by Arnold Enyinna.

Contact: lw@tajopartners.info / +370 61171610.

Lightwork connects people requesting help ("Customers") with people offering their skills or time ("Helpers"). We coordinate requests, matching and communication, primarily through WhatsApp. Payment arrangements are subject to final operational approval.

2. Using Lightwork

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lightwork. You agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

You don't need an account. You submit a request through our website, and we contact you directly.

3. Posting a task

When submitting a task, describe what you need, your deadline, and the amount you're offering. Submitting a request is free and doesn't guarantee that we'll find someone.

We may decline requests that are illegal, unsafe, misleading, academically dishonest, or otherwise unsuitable.

4. Matching and acceptance

We'll look for a suitable Helper and contact you on WhatsApp. Before a task begins, we'll confirm what needs to be done, the agreed deadline, the Helper's payment, Lightwork's service fee, and the total amount you'll pay.

You're free to decline a proposed match before committing to payment.

5. Pricing and payment

Lightwork's proposed flat service fee is based on the agreed Helper payment:

Helper's payLightwork service fee
€10–€14.99€1
€15–€49.99€3
€50–€99.99€5
€100 or more€10

The final price and payment method will be disclosed before payment. The supplied policy proposes that Lightwork will not instruct the Helper to begin until payment has been confirmed.

Pending confirmation: the payment collection, processing and distribution arrangement has not yet been approved. This draft does not provide payment instructions.

6. Completing a task

Helpers are expected to deliver the agreed work within the agreed deadline. When a Helper reports completion, we'll contact you on WhatsApp.

The supplied policy proposes a 24-hour period to confirm completion or report a problem. It also proposes administrative closure after non-response, provided no known issue remains. These procedures require final approval; silence is not treated as explicit customer confirmation in Lightwork's dashboard.

Any review period does not cancel statutory consumer rights.

7. Paying Helpers

The proposed policy is to initiate the Helper's payment within a few hours once completion is confirmed and disputes are resolved. Actual receipt may take longer depending on the payment provider or bank.

Pending confirmation: payout arrangements and timing are not yet operationally verified.

8. Cancellations and refunds

No match: If nobody accepts your request, you aren't charged.

Helper no-show: The proposed policy provides a full refund if a Helper fails to begin the agreed task and no acceptable replacement is arranged.

Cancellation before work starts: Contact us promptly. We'll review the request under applicable cancellation and withdrawal rules.

Cancellation after work begins: Any refund or payment due depends on work performed, the circumstances and applicable law.

Unsatisfactory or incomplete work: We may arrange a correction, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

These refund procedures remain subject to final payment and legal review.

9. Consumer withdrawal rights

Where applicable, consumers entering into a distance service contract may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. If you expressly request work to begin during that period, different payment and withdrawal consequences may apply.

For services fully performed following the legally required express consent and acknowledgement, the statutory right to withdraw may cease. We must provide the applicable information and obtain any legally required consent before work begins.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections.

10. Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us on WhatsApp or email and explain what happened. We'll review the original task description, agreed terms, communications, work delivered and evidence from both parties.

Lightwork may make an internal decision concerning payment or refunds, including arranging a correction, partial refund or full refund. We aim to handle disputes fairly and communicate our reasoning. Our internal decision doesn't prevent you from exercising legal rights or using applicable external dispute-resolution procedures.

11. Academic integrity

Lightwork supports legitimate academic assistance, including tutoring, explanations, proofreading and technical guidance. We do not facilitate academic impersonation, plagiarism or completing assessed work for submission as someone else's own. We may reject or cancel requests that violate this policy.

12. Responsibilities

Customers must provide clear and accurate task instructions. Helpers must represent their skills honestly and perform accepted work responsibly. Both parties must respect agreed deadlines, communicate relevant changes and comply with applicable laws. For in-person tasks, users should take reasonable safety precautions.

13. Our role

Lightwork helps arrange and coordinate tasks between Customers and Helpers. We don't guarantee that every task will find a match or that every request can be completed.

14. Personal information

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Because we coordinate tasks through WhatsApp, relevant contact details and task information may be shared with the people involved, where necessary.

15. Complaints

Contact lw@tajopartners.info. We'll review your complaint and respond in accordance with applicable law. Where required, we'll provide information about the appropriate consumer dispute-resolution body.

16. Applicable law

These Terms are intended to be governed by Lithuanian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our service develops. Terms applicable to a confirmed task will not be changed retrospectively in a way that unlawfully removes existing rights.
