Draft — awaiting verification. This policy follows Lightwork's supplied Privacy copy, adapted to the actual website fields. Provider identities, international transfers, retention periods and legal-operator details require confirmation before launch.
1. Who handles your information?
Lightwork is operated by Arnold Enyinna, subject to confirmation of the operator's registered legal identity and business details.
For questions about your personal information, contact lw@tajopartners.info.
2. What information do we collect?
When you submit a task, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, task title and description, budget, deadline and whether the task is online or in person.
When you apply to become a Helper, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, skills and preferred work arrangement.
We may also keep the messages and delivery confirmations needed to coordinate a task, internal operational notes, records of your acknowledgement of our terms, and basic technical information needed to protect the service.
The current website forms do not request email addresses, upload files, bank details or payment-card details. If you voluntarily share additional information through WhatsApp or email, we may process it to respond to your request.
We don't require you to create an account.
3. Why do we need this information?
We use your information to:
- Understand your request and assess whether we can help.
- Find and contact a suitable Helper.
- Contact you about a task or Helper application.
- Coordinate work, delivery and confirmation.
- Handle questions, complaints and disputes.
- Protect the website and prevent misuse.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
If payment processing is introduced, the related purposes and providers must be disclosed before that functionality is used.
Depending on the purpose, relevant legal bases may include steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent where required. The final purpose-by-purpose legal-basis assessment remains under review.
4. How do we use WhatsApp?
Much of Lightwork happens through WhatsApp. We use it to discuss requests, confirm matches, coordinate tasks and handle questions.
When you provide your WhatsApp number, we may contact you about the request or application you submitted. We won't automatically add you to unrelated marketing groups or send promotional messages without an appropriate legal basis.
WhatsApp is operated by a third party and processes information under its own applicable privacy terms.
5. Who do we share information with?
We may share only relevant details with Helpers assessing or completing a task, Customers working with a particular Helper, technology providers operating the website and database, and authorities or professional advisers when legally required.
The project uses Supabase for its database and authentication infrastructure. Other production providers, including hosting and notification email, must be verified and specifically identified before launch. If a payment provider is introduced, this policy must be updated before it processes information.
We won't sell your personal information.
6. How long do we keep information?
Lightwork's planned dashboard policy is to retain Completed and Closed task records for 30 days, with reasoned extensions or holds where necessary. Automatic permanent deletion is not yet enabled.
Other information, including Helper applications, WhatsApp conversations, backups and records required by law, may have different retention periods. Those periods and the deletion scope must be finalized and disclosed before production launch.
You can contact us to ask what information we hold and whether it can be deleted.
7. How do we protect information?
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, including restricting access to the private operations dashboard. No online system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect your details.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access your information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
You may also lodge a complaint with Lithuania's State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Contact lw@tajopartners.info to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request involving personal information.
9. Cookies and website analytics
The public website is intended to operate without optional analytics or marketing cookies. Essential technologies may be used for security and functionality. The private admin dashboard uses authentication session cookies.
If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, we will provide the required information and obtain consent where applicable. Actual third-party behavior must be verified before launch.
10. Information processed outside Europe
Some technology providers, including WhatsApp, may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where international transfers occur, appropriate safeguards are required by data-protection law.
Provider locations and transfer arrangements must be verified before we make specific claims about data residency or safeguards.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Lightwork develops. The latest approved version will be available on our website.
12. Questions?
Something unclear? Just ask.
